Are Trilobite fossils worth anything?

I have a small collection of fossils that I collected from an area by a river a while back. I believe most of the fossils are trilobites, but I think some of them might have been different, like fossils of seashells. Are these fossils likely to be of any scientific or monetary value? Where could I take them to find out?
