It says I have no viruses, but half of my hard drive is gone?

Well i was watching some youtube this morning when i wanted to find some free movies to watch online. When i clicked on some random website my laptop died. I decided not to care and did not go back on till later. When i did, i saw viruses and malaware on my computer but worst of all, was the porn. There were up to ten windows of porn pop ups videos playing. Since im 14 and i dont want my parents thinking im watching porn, i need to get rid of it myself. When i scanned it 4 hours ago it said 40 percent of my hard drive was gone, so i downloaded a few anti spyware and now it says i dont have any threats or viruses on my computer. problem is, my hard drive is still gone! Would re-booting my laptop restore my entire hard drive? If it helps, i have a G72-B62US Notebook by HP.
