Is my teacher an A** Hole? Please Answer!!?

So, one time, I had this journal that i'd write my opinions in at school. And I had left it in my locker, but it probably fell, and ended up in my teacher's evil, vicious hands. :P But then he decided that he would read it in front of the whole class, and my science teacher's class. Which was a COMPLETE embarrassment for me. I even cried. So, once I saw it, my instincts went in, and tried to snatch the book from him, but he just hit my hand. Now, he thought I was crazy after reading it.. >.> But then I had to talk to him in the office, and he said the the f word shouldn't be in there.. Well, I think that he's just picking on me because everyone in class uses that word out loud when he's there, and when it is in my notebook, he just puts the whole blame on me.. He could have just handed the notebook to me without the whole fuss, because it said on the front cover "please return to" and then my name and room number. What do you think? And what would you have done?
