What does these symptoms in ear mean?

For a few hours I've had a weird feeling of fuzzy hearing in my right ear and now it feels like there is water inside, also it constantly sounds like a seashell is put to my ear. What do these weird symptoms mean? I haven't washed my hair today and there weren't any precipitation outside today either. I don't think this is serious enough to go to the doctor's but please tell me what it is, how to get rid of it and should I be worried.
