What do i need to do to get into an elite college?

While that won't keep you out of a top school, that alone isn't enough to get you in either. You need to find a way to stand out, since everyone applying has great grades and test scores and those schools take about 10% of applicants. Also, they ask for unweighted GPA on a 4.0 scale.
