Can i get into colleges (like nyu or columbia) with no extracurriculars but good academically(high grades)?

im not really sure what extracurriculars include so im not even sure if i have extracurriculars? im only in one club, no sports and have done community service/volunteer work. does community service/volunteering count as extracurriculars? does the one club even count if it doesnt take place often? i know extracurricular activites are really important but im wondering+freaking out if i still have a shot at getting in to colleges like columbia and nyu? i think that's probably gonna be one of my weak spots on my transcript since all i have are high grades,4gpa, idk my sats yet....i regret not doing more activities, now :(
