Problem with using headphones/earphones?

my ears are sensitive and i suffer from blocked ears and tinnitus usually. im also sensitive to hearing loss like when the ears blocked. i hate the feeling of earphones especially when musics turned off, is it normal to get hearing loss when wearing them, is it normal to get hearing loss once took off, is it normal to hear i steady tone like a seashell noise while wearing them, can ear phones make the ear get that blocked feeling, will i grow out of this, my life is always effected by my ears, BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
