My teacher is such a jerk, how should I deal with it?

I have a HORRIBLE Spanish teacher and she's been really bad to us all year. She is sort of a pedophile so she will occasionally sit on people's desks with a skirt on... She always picks on me for no reason.... She seems to like me as a person but she hates me academically for some reason. For example, she always accuses me of speaking English even when I'm not and she marks me down on my grade.... Just recently, she gave me a D on participation/homework because we were reviewing for an exam and it required us to speak in English. Nobody else was deducted of points. I just hate teachers like this and I'm sure I'll meet more in the future. How should I deal with them? Not a lot of people like the teacher I'm talking about because she is whore-ish and she is really biast when it comes to grades.
