Is my GPA considered good and will it get me into college?

I just got my final report card for this year. I just finished my junior year and will be a senior in the fall. My final GPA for this year is a 3.8136, my cumulative un-weighted high school GPA is a 3.6000 and my cumulative weighted GPA is a 4.2667 Is that considered good? I'm not looking to go into any Ivy Leagues or anything but the schools I am looking at are "above average" academically. So, based on that, do you think the colleges I'm applying to will accept me? As far as extra-curriculars are concerned, I'm in Model United Nations, Mu Alpha Theta, Debate Club, and I do the school musicals.
