Is getting re-accepted to college harder or easier?

I would say that you have a very strong chance of getting reaccepted. If someone emailed you back about your essay (not just a mass email) and said they liked it that is a very good sign. You have done your best, and are slightly above the requirements, so I think you will get back in. Best of luck!
